Founded July 2005 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Witex AG to be the sole authorized distributor of Witex branded floors in North America. Witex USA still exists as a company but no longer has the rights to market and sell products under the Witex brand.

Leadership Witex Flooring President Roland Elbracht was one of the people who helped establish the Witex brand in the United States in 1994. He joined Witex Flooring in 2005 after serving as president of Robina, where he helped launch its laminate line in the United States.

Products elastoclic is a new alternative to PVC and vinyl. The 100% polyurethane surface, which is laid on an Aqua-Protect coreboard is designed primarily for commercial use because of its antistatic, antimicrobial and chemical-resistant properties. The highly durable elastoclic comes in 34 decorator colors, and it is fast and easy to install because it features the performance-proven glueless LocTec click-joint system.

ceraclic is a completely new breed of product designed to look and feel like natural stone. Manufactured using a high-density, mineral HGF core board, ceraclic is available in 15 styles from Marble Siena to Granito Boticello with the choice of either a high-gloss or matte finish. It installs easily using a glueless click-joint system. Designed for residential or commercial use, ceraclic is quiet, comfortable underfoot, non-slip and non-combustible
